Return policy:
We strive to be as transparent as possible in the items we offer, but also in our surrounding service. Despite everything, it is possible that an article may not entirely meet your expectations. In that case you can return your order, or part of it.
We would like to indicate that we are not Ebay or another large online store. It is not the intention that articles are sent back and forth at random. But within reason, a lot is possible..
Return conditions:
You have the option to return the shipment up to 14 days after receipt. You then have 14 days to return the product. Refund will be made within 14 days.
In case of warranty, you can return the item free of charge. However, this is only possible if you indicate in advance that you want to return an item. We will then send you a return label that you must use.
If you do not use our return label, we will not be able to reimburse you for these costs, even if you are entitled to compensation.
If you return the item for any other reason, you must bear the costs yourself.
To be eligible for a refund of (part of) the purchase price or exchange of the product, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging, including a return form. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
